We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our community-focused growth initiatives. This role will involve optimizing online community activities, negotiating beneficial partnerships, and facilitating strategic collaborations that align with our business and environmental goals. The ideal candidate will assist in managing relationships with potential and existing partners, including NGOs, corporations, local governments, and educational institutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in business development, community engagement, and environmental sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of negotiation tactics and experience with drafting agreements or MoUs is a plus.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Familiarity with online community management and digital tools for communication (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Experience in organizing or participating in environmental initiatives or community projects is an advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with diverse partners, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities for Business Development Intern:
1. Community Administrator Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage online community activities to support the growth and engagement of our business network.
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or partnership agreements with a focus on securing the most beneficial terms for the organization.
- Coordinate and organize online meetings, webinars, and events with both national and international partners.
- Maintain and update records of all community activities, partnership agreements, and related documentation.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of community engagement strategies, providing recommendations for improvement.
2. Community Facilitator Responsibilities:
- Identify and conduct outreach to potential strategic partners, including environmental NGOs, corporations, local governments, and educational institutions.
- Develop and propose collaborative programs that align with the organization’s business goals and environmental mission.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of environmental projects, such as tree planting initiatives or other sustainability-focused activities.
- Work closely with partners to ensure successful implementation of joint initiatives, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on the status of community partnerships and project developments, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.

- Duration: 3 months until 6 months
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: We offer branded merchandise and a stipend to top-performing candidates. Additionally, there is the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the internship, based on your performance and contribution.
